A collision led to Guiranne getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Benoît Bastard hit a great ball. Arthur Leaute showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugues Mezieres in the 27th minute of the match. Guiranne's Arthur Leaute played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugues Mezieres in the 29th minute of play. Arthur Leaute had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Hugues Mezieres from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ahmid Peillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Leaute having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaud Simard got free with Arthur Leaute in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pierre-Louis Bouchet hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Arnaud Simard's late challenge caught a Guiranne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Corentin Hannequin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christof Kentzler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56thth minute of the game Hugues Mezieres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guiranne's Arthur Leaute was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xeuilley's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaud Simard in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Pierre-Louis Bouchet notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Xeuilley's Christof Kentzler. Christof Kentzler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 64 minutes, Enzo Kowalczyk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xeuilley and the Guiranne players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arthur Leaute made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaud Simard in the 76th minute of play. Arthur Leaute stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hugues Mezieres's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Enzo Kowalczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Xeuilley's goal looked a bit too open when Corentin Hannequin came free, but Christof Kentzler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaud Simard in the 87th minute of play forced Guiranne's goalkeeper Arthur Leaute to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Xeuilley's Hugues Mezieres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Leaute made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Pierre-Louis Bouchet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xeuilley were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Guiranne to leave the ground with a draw.
