Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cantarel's Steve Subra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugues Miclo in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Arcueil getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alphonse Hoguet hit a great ball. Mustapha Daix was a little too slow when Gilles Roguet got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Hubert Rouquier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Arcueil getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Antoine Leducq hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Hamza Philippe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 34 played minutes Cantarel got a freekick which was hit by Lionel Bleuse. A hard and well directed shot from Germain Herrmann led 35 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Cantarel's Steve Subra became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-1. Patrick Tromeur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hubert Rouquier in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustapha Daix prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hubert Rouquier to make the kick off. Cantarel's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benjamin Marchat in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Rouquier in the 55th minute of play forced Arcueil's goalkeeper Mustapha Daix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arcueil's Mustapha Daix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Tromeur in the 57th minute of play. Hamza Philippe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Subra having to interfere. In the 61st minute Patrick Tromeur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustapha Daix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steve Subra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugues Miclo in the 63rd minute. The Cantarel fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Cantarel's Patrick Tromeur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st match minute, Arcueil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugues Miclo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Arcueil's Germain Herrmann got a free kick in the 76th minute. Benjamin Marchat didn't quite understand what happened when in the 78 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Patrick Tromeur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustapha Daix having to interfere. Mustapha Daix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Rouquier in the 87th minute of play. Patrick Tromeur might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustapha Daix. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrick Tromeur ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Cantarel booed when Arcueil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maël Montet didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Arcueil getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Antoine Leducq hit a great ball. In the 98th minute of the match Benjamin Marchat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustapha Daix skillfully saved the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cantarel fans cheered their team off the field, for while Arcueil had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
