The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Lattes getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Joe Geffray hit a great ball. Hercule Dugue took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitri Debaisieux. Dimitri Debaisieux dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 35th minute Pierre-Louis Fauquembergue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphaël Paris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Kissingeno Club booed when Lattes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Christophe Branchu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raphaël Paris came out of the goal and Pierre-Louis Fauquembergue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Lattes booed when Kissingeno Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramzy Bacle didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by René Christen in the 65th minute of play forced Kissingeno Club's goalkeeper Dimitri Debaisieux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling René Christen in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimitri Debaisieux prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute Pierre-Emmanuel Latil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphaël Paris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kissingeno Club's Pierre-Emmanuel Latil got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramzy Bacle was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Joe Geffray hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Pierre-Louis Fauquembergue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Pierre-Emmanuel Latil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kissingeno Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre-Emmanuel Latil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. René Christen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitri Debaisieux having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lattes eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
