Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Guillaume Biard started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Caro's Redouane Chabbert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehdi Michau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 12 played minutes Caro got a freekick which was hit by Eden Rondeau. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Raymond Sauzeau put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jean-Marc Hug. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Caro! Ahmid Flament shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. With an all-out effort, Chessy's Jean-Marc Hug threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guillaume Biard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Raymond Sauzeau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean-Marc Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Biard in the 32nd minute of play. Chessy's Mehdi Michau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Redouane Chabbert in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Chessy got a freekick which was hit by Lucien Passard. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chessy's goalkeeper Mehdi Michau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emilien Volle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Joaquim Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Marc Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Biard, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boris Adolphe to strike the kick off in the second half. If Raymond Sauzeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Bray's late challenge caught a Chessy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walter Bray helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute Raymond Sauzeau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Marc Hug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Guillaume Biard came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Chessy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillaume Biard couldn't finish the play. Boris Adolphe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mehdi Michau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raymond Sauzeau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caro's goalkeeper Jean-Marc Hug, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillaume Biard in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean-Marc Hug saved Caro from getting behind. Caro's Boris Adolphe got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Boris Adolphe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehdi Michau. That made the score 3-2 in the 92 minute of play. Chessy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
