Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Redouane Merle started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ibrahim Lantoine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quérénaing's supporters rose to their feet, but Ibrahim Lantoine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmid Briois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmid Briois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jordy Jego went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 10 minutes, Jordy Jego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quérénaing's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jordy Jego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Quérénaing's Ibrahim Lantoine in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Etzling's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Redouane Merle in the 13th minute of play forced Quérénaing's goalkeeper Arthur Loaëc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacques Moritz's late challenge caught a Etzling's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacques Moritz helped the player get up and apologised. If Dimitri Fischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Etzling fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Etzling's Octave Foulon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yann Peyron charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yann Peyron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yann Peyron hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Quérénaing's Arthur Loaëc got control of the ball when Octave Foulon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Etzling's Redouane Merle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arthur Loaëc. Arthur Loaëc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Redouane Merle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ibrahim Lantoine was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Quérénaing's Pierre-Loup Tourneux got a free kick in the 54th minute. Octave Foulon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Arthur Loaëc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arthur Loaëc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Redouane Merle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ibrahim Lantoine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ahmid Briois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Yann Peyron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Etzling getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Yann Peyron hit a great ball. Octave Foulon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arthur Loaëc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Quérénaing's goal looked a bit too open when Redouane Merle came free, but Arthur Loaëc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibrahim Lantoine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Etzling fans cheered their team off the field, for while Quérénaing had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
