Rostviec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loscoat the free kick. René Albaret was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Billy Radet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. René Albaret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maël Hervo in the 32nd minute. Steve Plassard kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Rostviec's goalkeeper René Albaret had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maël Hervo. Rostviec's René Albaret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Rostviec from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Loscoat's zone, Jean-Paul Loiret stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Djibril Devillers came out of the goal and Jean-Paul Loiret tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Loscoat getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Damien Morisson hit a great ball. René Albaret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maël Hervo in the 69th minute of play. Maël Hervo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Albaret having to interfere. Maël Hervo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. René Albaret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. René Albaret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Radet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
