Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emile Chaboud made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Gwendal Quinton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Emile Chaboud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eymeric Chantereau. FC Chelsea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emile Chaboud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 11th match minute, FC Chelsea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philippe Bonnefont to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwendal Quinton in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Axel Duperray saved Templemars from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Mario Duche made a precise shot to the right of Eymeric Chantereau. FC Chelsea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC Chelsea's zone, Mario Duche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eymeric Chantereau came out of the goal and Mario Duche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eymeric Chantereau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emile Chaboud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Templemars's goal looked a bit too open when Gwendal Quinton came free, but Axel Duperray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Duperray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwendal Quinton in the 38th minute of play. FC Chelsea's Eymeric Chantereau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emile Chaboud in the 44th minute of play. Mario Duche struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Eymeric Chantereau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Templemars. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Eymeric Chantereau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwendal Quinton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Mario Duche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Templemars booed when FC Chelsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julien Grimaldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Duche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eymeric Chantereau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Duche in the 61st minute of play. Mario Duche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valérien Peyrot kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. FC Chelsea's Mathys Heinrich got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Duperray made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Mathys Heinrich sent off a good shot on target. Gwendal Quinton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Axel Duperray having to make a save. In the 85th minute, Mario Duche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templemars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. FC Chelsea's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
