Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Breil's Salim Carron started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mohamed-Ali Perraud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salim Carron in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Etercy getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Pierre-Emmanuel Serre hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Etercy's goal looked a bit too open when Salim Carron came free, but Mohamed-Ali Perraud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Pierre-Louis Poulain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salim Carron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Breil's Salim Carron in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Etercy's goalie prevented a goal. Etercy's Donald Le Gall got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Etercy getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Pierre-Emmanuel Serre hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Etercy defense, Noé Lavie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mohamed-Ali Perraud. The Etercy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mohamed-Ali Perraud should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Etercy booed when Breil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Marois didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donald Le Gall made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Etercy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Breil:s goal. Noé Lavie struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mohamed-Ali Perraud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breil. If Noé Lavie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th match minute, Etercy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Voltz to maneuver through the defense. If Rudy Barbieux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Etercy's Rudy Barbieux sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabrice Drouot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabrice Drouot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donald Le Gall went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 2-3 became the score in the 88th minute when Salim Carron elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre-Emmanuel Serre during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pierre-Emmanuel Serre kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Noé Lavie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed-Ali Perraud was a little too slow when Salim Carron got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 102nd minute. The score was now 2-4.
