Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 10 played minutes Tromeur got a freekick which was hit by Felix Esquirol. Youri Velay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Émilien Hess in the 15th minute of the match. With his leg Melvin Krawczyk managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Cergy FC's Isaac Duthoit fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Cergy FC's zone, Luis Buisine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Youri Velay came out of the goal and Luis Buisine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Isaac Duthoit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cergy FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Youri Velay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Buisine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Émilien Hess had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Cergy FC got a freekick which was hit by Martial Delaroche. Youri Velay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Émilien Hess in the 43rd minute of the match. Luis Buisine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Youri Velay having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The supporters of Cergy FC booed when Tromeur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Esquirol didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Émilien Hess in the 56th minute of play forced Cergy FC's goalkeeper Youri Velay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Duthoit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melvin Krawczyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Tromeur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles-Henri Delacroix to maneuver through the defense. Felix Esquirol hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Tromeur defense, Isaac Duthoit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melvin Krawczyk. The Tromeur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melvin Krawczyk should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Tromeur's Émilien Hess sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Youri Velay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francis Mariotti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Melvin Krawczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
