Quintero's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Vivien Lang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Billy Dauphin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Vivien Lang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ryan Dernoncourt struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Billy Dauphin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quintero. 8 minutes into the game, Vivien Lang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quintero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RealMadrid77 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Quintero's Vivien Lang got a free kick in the 8th minute. Gaspard Baron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Sébastien Lancelot in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benoît Riotte during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Quintero getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Benoît Riotte hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Gilles Sassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspard Baron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryan Dernoncourt in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Dauphin saved RealMadrid77 from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Quintero's Billy Dauphin threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ryan Dernoncourt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gaspard Baron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Sébastien Lancelot's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Quintero were furious when Hugues Spinelli was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quintero fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! When Jean-Sébastien Lancelot came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the RealMadrid77 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean-Sébastien Lancelot couldn't finish the play. Vivien Lang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Alex Quenot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vivien Lang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Dauphin having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Gilles Sassi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
In the 54th minute Vivien Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Dauphin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vivien Lang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Quintero's goalkeeper Gaspard Baron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilles Sassi. Xavier Vivant's late challenge caught a RealMadrid77's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavier Vivant helped the player get up and apologised. Xavier Vivant kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilles Sassi got free with Gaspard Baron in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quintero's Vivien Lang got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Billy Dauphin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivien Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Vivien Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Billy Dauphin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RealMadrid77's Billy Dauphin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivien Lang in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Gilles Sassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RealMadrid77's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilles Sassi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Gilles Sassi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaspard Baron. Quintero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilles Sassi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 94th minute, RealMadrid77's Gilles Sassi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The Quintero supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching RealMadrid77's performance. The match ended with a win for RealMadrid77.
