Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Guillaume Jeanneau made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Guillaume Jeanneau got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Vaucresson's Renaud Bouniol got a free kick in the 12th minute. Régis Mohamed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Gaillet's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Régis Mohamed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Gaillet in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Jonathan Gaillet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soucy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Gaillet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nelson Georgeon fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vaucresson's protests and gave Nelson Georgeon a yellow card for diving instead. Nelson Georgeon kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Vaucresson's Guillaume Jeanneau got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vaucresson's goalkeeper Régis Mohamed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 played minutes Vaucresson got a freekick which was hit by Renaud Bouniol. After having played for 30 minutes, Jonathan Gaillet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soucy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Gaillet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loic Heredia in the 33rd minute of play forced Vaucresson's goalkeeper Régis Mohamed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Soucy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Guillaume Jeanneau fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Gaillet to make the kick off. Patrick Delaire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Lancon having to interfere. Vaucresson's Guillaume Jeanneau got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tim Valy kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Soucy's Igor Lancon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillaume Jeanneau in the 58th minute of play. Igor Lancon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Delaire in the 63rd minute of play. Patrick Delaire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vaucresson's Régis Mohamed proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Vaucresson from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Gaillet in the 76th minute of play forced Vaucresson's goalkeeper Régis Mohamed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Vaucresson getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Renaud Bouniol hit a great ball. Loic Heredia took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Régis Mohamed. Régis Mohamed dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Guillaume Jeanneau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Igor Lancon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Tim Valy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Guillaume Jeanneau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Lancon was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After 85 played minutes Vaucresson got a freekick which was hit by Noé Abel. Jonathan Gaillet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Loic Heredia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Régis Mohamed. Vaucresson's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loic Heredia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. A collision led to Soucy getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tim Valy hit a great ball. Soucy were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Vaucresson's much stronger midfield.
