Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ernest Massat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Samuel Ime succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. Borny's Cyril Boeglin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Borny from getting a goal against them. After 19 played minutes Theil got a freekick which was hit by Sacha Carret. Cyril Boeglin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Noir in the 22nd minute. Theil's Brian Bouniol shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cyril Boeglin but with some difficulty. In the 29th minute Ernest Massat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcom Ruaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Hamza Gonet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borny and the Theil players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Theil booed when Borny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Gonet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Ime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ernest Massat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Borny's Édouard Marquis got a free kick in the 51st minute. Samuel Ime struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Cyril Boeglin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Theil. 56 minutes into the game, Theil's Paul Noir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cyril Boeglin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Malcom Ruaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Massat, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Malcom Ruaud was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Édouard Marquis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Édouard Marquis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After having played for 68 minutes, Paul Noir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Theil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul Noir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paul Noir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyril Boeglin having to interfere. In the 76th minute of the match, Davy Lemercier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Malcom Ruaud was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Samuel Ime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyril Boeglin having to interfere. After 81 minutes of play, Theil's Samuel Ime made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cyril Boeglin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, Theil's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Massat came free, but Malcom Ruaud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Theil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustin Alix to maneuver through the defense.
