With an all-out effort, Aussonne's Sofyane Fourmont threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patrice Marco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joffrey Langlais charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Aussonne's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
