Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armand Moniot started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Didenheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olivier Contreras to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, Jim Philbert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Escoffier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Marc-Olivier Gouzien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pomponnette's Jim Philbert in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Didenheim's goalie prevented a goal. Marc-Olivier Gouzien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Romuald Willig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Marc-Antoine Exbrayat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pomponnette's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Didenheim the free kick. Marc-Antoine Exbrayat kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Marc-Olivier Gouzien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Pomponnette's goalkeeper Romuald Willig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marc-Olivier Gouzien. Romuald Willig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marc-Olivier Gouzien in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes, Eymeric Bélet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pomponnette and the Didenheim players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Didenheim booed when Pomponnette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eymeric Bélet didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Armand Moniot came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Didenheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armand Moniot couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 31 in the game by Marc-Olivier Gouzien from a close distance when the talented Romuald Willig managed to make a qualified save. Pomponnette's players were relieved. Gaétan Ailloud kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Romuald Willig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armand Moniot in the 40th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jim Philbert made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armand Moniot in the 56th minute of play forced Pomponnette's goalkeeper Romuald Willig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erwin N'Diaye charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erwin N'Diaye the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armand Moniot's late challenge caught a Pomponnette's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armand Moniot helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd match minute, Didenheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armand Moniot to maneuver through the defense. In the 74thth minute of the game Jim Philbert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Didenheim's Lionel Escoffier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Edmond Beyer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pomponnette's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmond Beyer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lionel Escoffier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armand Moniot in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romuald Willig saved Pomponnette from getting behind. Romuald Willig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Armand Moniot's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. When Didenheim's Marc-Olivier Gouzien in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pomponnette's goalie prevented a goal. Marc-Olivier Gouzien might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romuald Willig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marc-Olivier Gouzien ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
