Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Loïc Ruhlmann started the match with the kick off. Tony Liger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Chrétien in the 5th minute of play. Tony Liger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loïc Ruhlmann in the 7th minute. Tony Liger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Chrétien showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. After 21 played minutes Creuzot got a freekick which was hit by Barthélémy Keller. If Martin Chrétien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loïc Ruhlmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cressely's Tony Liger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loïc Ruhlmann in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Cheikh Lemercier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a rather tough play, Cressely's Maxence Sylla got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When Loïc Ruhlmann came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Creuzot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loïc Ruhlmann couldn't finish the play. Loïc Ruhlmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alain Drocourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaël Trochon having to interfere. A collision led to Creuzot getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Barthélémy Keller hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Sam Abid sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Creuzot's Gaël Trochon didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Creuzot's Barthélémy Keller got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Loïc Ruhlmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cressely's zone, Loïc Ruhlmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Liger came out of the goal and Loïc Ruhlmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Chrétien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Liger having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Creuzot had won after a very even match.
