Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Karl Châtard got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in COMBINADO F.C.'s zone, Gameiro Mignard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfried Gelly came out of the goal and Gameiro Mignard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daryl Bos kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Mike Laly came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Gorceix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mike Laly couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, COMBINADO F.C.'s Barthélémy Quantin got a free kick in the 16th minute. Charles Perruchot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mike Laly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Gorceix's Armand Rémaud got control of the ball when Elias Samuel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, COMBINADO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gameiro Mignard came free, but Wilfried Gelly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Mike Laly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Gelly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gorceix booed when COMBINADO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barthélémy Quantin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Châtard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfried Gelly read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Wilfried Gelly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Châtard, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Karl Châtard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gorceix's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Châtard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfried Gelly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Gorceix booed when COMBINADO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barthélémy Quantin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Gameiro Mignard made a precise shot to the right of Wilfried Gelly. COMBINADO F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Charles Perruchot kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Wilfried Gelly came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gorceix's Mike Laly. But to his dismay, Mike Laly quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Karl Châtard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Wilfried Gelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Karl Châtard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
