Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herbert Dutoit made the kick off which started today's match. Julien Garnaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Lormont's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felix Ripoll fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 13 minutes, Julien Garnaud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Niolon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julien Garnaud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felix Ripoll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ewan Tostain was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Julien Garnaud capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julien Garnaud really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ewan Tostain made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Felix Ripoll sent off a good shot on target. Felix Ripoll recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Darren Viallard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Dutoit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Justin Farcy notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Niolon's Darren Viallard. Darren Viallard was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Niolon's Darren Viallard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samir Fromont in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julien Garnaud to make the kick off. If Herbert Dutoit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Felix Ripoll got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lormont getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Théophile Pellegrino hit a great ball. If Herbert Dutoit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ewan Tostain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Ripoll, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Samir Fromont received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Darren Viallard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
