Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charles Pannier took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Armand Testa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Juventus's goalkeeper Lothar Heidemann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudy Chauvet. In the 15th minute, Eden Gibier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armand Testa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Lothar Heidemann made a huge save. Lothar Heidemann made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Armand Testa sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 29 in the game by Armand Testa from a close distance when the talented Lothar Heidemann managed to make a qualified save. Juventus's players were relieved. 31 minutes into the match, Juventus's goalkeeper Lothar Heidemann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armand Testa. After 32 minutes, Erwann Pagano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laxou and the Juventus players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juventus's Kevan De Freitas was substituted for Romaric Pailler. After a rather tough play, Laxou's Erwann Pagano got a free kick in the 34th minute. Kevan De Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Chris Ravard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Juventus's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Pannier came free, but Lothar Heidemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romuald Armand hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of Juventus booed when Laxou was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Watier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Lorenzo Iturbide made the kick off in the second half. Lothar Heidemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Pannier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Armand Testa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Charles Pannier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Clem Pécout fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus's protests and gave Clem Pécout a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Juventus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clem Pécout to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Charles Pannier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lothar Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus's Lothar Heidemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Pannier in the 76th minute of play. Charles Pannier scored 1-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lothar Heidemann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lothar Heidemann came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Laxou's Armand Testa. But to his dismay, Armand Testa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 88th minute, Igor Giusti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Juventus's Gilbert Quiniou seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gilbert Quiniou the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Juventus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gilbert Quiniou had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Dave Gilard shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Laxou's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
