Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) José Husson made the kick off and thus started the match. A collision led to Jonquerettes getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Charlie Bazille hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, John-David Duval managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lattes's supporters rose to their feet, but John-David Duval was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Courtier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, John-David Duval fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 12 minutes into the game, Brian Zitouni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jonquerettes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lattes the free kick. John-David Duval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marius Jeanpierre during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marius Jeanpierre hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Karl Abadie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Carl Courtier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. John-David Duval recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Jonquerettes's Martin Bézin got a free kick in the 30th minute. Carl Courtier was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and John-David Duval capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. John-David Duval really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 35th minute, José Husson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes John-David Duval rounded Jonquerettes's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John-David Duval made a kick off. José Husson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 54 minutes, Titouan Recher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonquerettes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Titouan Recher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Jonquerettes booed when Lattes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Gonnet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Jonquerettes defense, John-David Duval kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Courtier. The Jonquerettes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Courtier should have stopped the shot. After 67 played minutes, Lattes's Marc Garrigou shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carl Courtier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lattes reached it. John-David Duval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Jonquerettes's José Husson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pascal Passet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carl Courtier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John-David Duval in the 71st minute of play. Carl Courtier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John-David Duval, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Karl Abadie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonquerettes's Carl Courtier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-David Duval in the 88th minute of play. After 89 minutes, Charlie Bazille mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jonquerettes and the Lattes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Titouan Recher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lattes's Pascal Passet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Husson in the 93rd minute of play. If José Husson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lattes had played much better football throughout.
