Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ghislain Franceschini made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the game, Ghislain Franceschini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tomish FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knutange the free kick. A collision led to Tomish FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Johan Fourmond hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Désiré Schumacher during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Tomish FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Désiré Schumacher to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martial Avon in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles-Emmanuel Teste saved Tomish FC from getting behind. Faudel Lequertier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 17 minutes, Adrien Ollivier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tomish FC and the Knutange players grew even worse after the yellow card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Tomish FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomish FC's Brice Jules got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles-Emmanuel Teste took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martial Avon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Knutange's goalkeeper Hocine Thomazeau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martial Avon struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Charles-Emmanuel Teste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knutange. After 29 minutes of play, Knutange's Faudel Lequertier made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charles-Emmanuel Teste was left in no man's land by his defense there! Faudel Lequertier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Emmanuel Teste having to interfere. If Martial Avon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tomish FC's Désiré Schumacher got a free kick in the 39th minute. Michaël Rouillard's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Charles-Emmanuel Teste - 0-3 was put on the score board in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute Martial Avon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Emmanuel Teste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomish FC's Ghislain Franceschini got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martial Avon made a kick off. Tomish FC's Charles-Emmanuel Teste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martial Avon in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Tomish FC's goalkeeper Charles-Emmanuel Teste had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faudel Lequertier. Martial Avon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th minute, Faudel Lequertier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Knutange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Charles-Emmanuel Teste didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faudel Lequertier went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, Tomish FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martial Avon came free, but Charles-Emmanuel Teste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tomish FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Karim Tissier hit a great ball. Faudel Lequertier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles-Emmanuel Teste having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Tomish FC's zone, Martial Avon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles-Emmanuel Teste came out of the goal and Martial Avon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knutange's Faudel Lequertier got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Désiré Schumacher got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Désiré Schumacher hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute Martial Avon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Emmanuel Teste saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martial Avon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Charles-Emmanuel Teste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
