Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Achille Bettinger kicked off to start the match. Mathis Pernet hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Darren Henin was a little too slow when Jean-Sébastien Bouchereau got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Achille Bettinger in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Gousset prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sylvain Jehanno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Gousset having to interfere. When Maxime Garric fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gabacho FC's protests and gave Maxime Garric a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gabacho FC's Maxime Garric got a free kick in the 14th minute. Sylvain Jehanno struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Gilbert Gousset didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Epagny. In the 20th minute, Epagny's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hamza Calas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gilbert Gousset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sylvain Jehanno's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Hamza Calas took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Darren Henin. Darren Henin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylvain Jehanno in the 37th minute of play forced Gabacho FC's goalkeeper Gilbert Gousset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Gousset took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylvain Jehanno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John Deal was the one to do the kick off. Darren Henin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Deal, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Joe Nicolleau hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When Hamza Calas came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Gabacho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamza Calas couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute, Hamza Calas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Darren Henin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Achille Bettinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Gousset came out and tried to block the shot, but Sylvain Jehanno slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 90th minute. If John Deal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Deal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Henin having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gabacho FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Epagny had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
