Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Annay's Benjamin Szymanski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Désiré Trichet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Mainguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Szymanski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Luc Mahé tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Mathieu Follin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Désiré Trichet. Annay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathieu Follin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Arnaud Pailler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Désiré Trichet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Mottet's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Désiré Trichet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Follin in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Lorgies's Luc Mahé got control of the ball when Arnaud Pailler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Annay's Désiré Trichet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Mottet in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Benjamin Szymanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Mahé saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moussa Pause's late challenge caught a Lorgies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moussa Pause helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Annay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moussa Pause to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when André Timmerman in the 33rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Désiré Trichet's left hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yoann Malfait during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Annay's Yoann Malfait got a free kick in the 34th minute. Désiré Trichet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Mottet's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Arnaud Pailler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathieu Follin to make the kick off. Patrick Mottet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Désiré Trichet having to interfere. Désiré Trichet came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Lorgies's Mathieu Follin. But to his dismay, Mathieu Follin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Yves Ventura during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 70 played minutes Annay got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Yves Ventura. Patrick Mottet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathieu Follin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Désiré Trichet having to interfere. Désiré Trichet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Mainguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Lorgies's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Szymanski came free, but Luc Mahé reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernest Mainguet during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Annay booed when Lorgies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernest Mainguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Annay's Benjamin Szymanski in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lorgies's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Szymanski in the 95th minute of play forced Lorgies's goalkeeper Luc Mahé to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lorgies eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
