After having played for 16 minutes, Alexandre Demarque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gagneraie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Demarque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gagneraie's Alexandre Demarque got a free kick in the 21st minute. Prosper Gonidec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dilan Ruffenach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Justin Burban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute Prosper Gonidec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dilan Ruffenach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laran's Jean-Baptiste Graille proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Laran from getting a goal against them. In the 48thth minute of the game Émilien Bouchet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laran's Jean-Baptiste Graille was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 80thth minute of the game Jason Delaigue who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laran's Jean-Baptiste Graille was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jean-Baptiste Graille took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Delaigue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dilan Ruffenach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prosper Gonidec, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Dilan Ruffenach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prosper Gonidec in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Gagneraie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Émilien Bouchet to maneuver through the defense. Justin Burban was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Laran's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Prosper Gonidec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laran's supporters rose to their feet, but Prosper Gonidec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dilan Ruffenach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute of the match, Justin Burban got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dilan Ruffenach was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
