After 10 minutes, Jean-Pascal Lancien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrou and the Pont players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jean-Pascal Lancien kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Mathias Bruneel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Salome having to interfere. Henri Salome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Bruneel, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Mohamed-Ali Fontaine hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Pont's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Rosset came free, but Pacome Gallardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Barrou's zone, Johan Caby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henri Salome came out of the goal and Johan Caby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmid Geoffroy charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmid Geoffroy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahmid Geoffroy hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 30 played minutes Pont got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Bruneel. Barrou's Marc Rosset got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pacome Gallardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Rosset in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrou's goalkeeper Henri Salome, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Caby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri Salome having to interfere. Marc Rosset fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pacome Gallardo having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johan Caby made a kick off. Barrou's Henri Salome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johan Caby in the 53rd minute of play. Pacome Gallardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Rosset in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Marc Rosset managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrou's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Rosset was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pacome Gallardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd match minute, Pont was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmid Geoffroy to maneuver through the defense. Johan Caby hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Pont's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Rosset came free, but Pacome Gallardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marc Rosset had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Barrou fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Barrou's Jean-Pascal Lancien looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pacome Gallardo came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrou's Jean-Pascal Lancien. But to his dismay, Jean-Pascal Lancien quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Barrou's Henri Salome got control of the ball when Mathias Bruneel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Augustin Le Grand had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The supporters of Pont booed when Barrou was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Père didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean-Pascal Lancien kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
