Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Justin Pretot started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Arcueil Football Club booed when Mélac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Grasset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mélac's Kylian Bayet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justin Pretot in the 3rd minute of play. Justin Pretot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kylian Bayet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Antoine Tourte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Baptiste Ponce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Just Delannoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Baptiste Ponce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Arcueil Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Antoine Tourte came free, but Jean-Baptiste Ponce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Justin Pretot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean-Baptiste Ponce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugène Maunoury, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Brandon Brulin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mélac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arcueil Football Club the free kick. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mélac! Kylian Bayet had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Maxime Imbert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 24th match minute, Mélac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoine Tourte to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Just Delannoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Baptiste Ponce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justin Pretot might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kylian Bayet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justin Pretot ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmond Caroff kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Justin Pretot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Kylian Bayet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jean-Baptiste Ponce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugène Maunoury in the 41st minute of play. After 45 played minutes Mélac got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Chaudet. Kylian Bayet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxime Imbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Jean-Baptiste Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Just Delannoy in the 52nd minute of the match. Jean-Baptiste Ponce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antoine Tourte went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Arcueil Football Club's Jean-Baptiste Ponce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugène Maunoury in the 64th minute of play. Kylian Bayet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Pretot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st play minute Antoine Tourte came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jean-Baptiste Ponce. 0-2. Jean-Baptiste Ponce made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Eugène Maunoury sent off a good shot on target. Eugène Maunoury's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jean-Baptiste Ponce firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jean-Baptiste Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Just Delannoy in the 97th minute of the match.
