Ormoy Fc's Ramzy Brune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Chrétien in the 17th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Montmain's goalkeeper Romain Grassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jolan Gracia. In the 32nd minute Léon Picavet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramzy Brune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romain Grassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendan Seigle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute of the match Ormoy Fc got a corner. Montmain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Johan Dos Reis ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Ormoy Fc's Johan Dos Reis to fire away a dangerous shot which Romain Grassi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brendan Seigle was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brendan Seigle in the 60th minute of play forced Montmain's goalkeeper Romain Grassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Erwann Filippi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montmain's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ormoy Fc the free kick. Enzo Bergeron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ramzy Brune made a huge save. In the 66th minute of the match Mickaël Coureau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramzy Brune skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hakim Chrétien in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramzy Brune saved Ormoy Fc from getting behind. Hakim Chrétien struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ramzy Brune didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montmain. Jordy Joachim charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordy Joachim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, one of Montmain:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Montmain. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Ormoy Fc. Johan Dos Reis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Romain Grassi. 2-0. Ramzy Brune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakim Chrétien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 95 played minutes Ormoy Fc got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Desprez. With his leg Ramzy Brune managed to avoid a goal in the 99thth minute, when Montmain's Léon Picavet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Léon Picavet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 101stth minute, Ramzy Brune skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Montmain players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ormoy Fc.
