Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alphonse Cosse started the match with the kick off. Patrick Leboeuf was a little too slow when Alphonse Cosse got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Kevan Desmoulins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Alphonse Cosse fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Patrick Leboeuf, passed just outside the right post. Kevan Desmoulins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Leboeuf when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gauthier Lerch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildas Picavet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 30 in the game by Kevan Desmoulins from a close distance when the talented Patrick Leboeuf managed to make a qualified save. Vigen's players were relieved. A collision led to ASPTT LUNEL getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Franz Gayrard hit a great ball. Kevan Desmoulins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Alphonse Cosse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patrick Leboeuf. Alphonse Cosse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When ASPTT LUNEL's Alphonse Cosse in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vigen's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The supporters of Vigen booed when ASPTT LUNEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Chevet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gauthier Lerch acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pascal Golfier. A collision led to ASPTT LUNEL getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Eugène Zitouni hit a great ball. Alphonse Cosse took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Leboeuf. Patrick Leboeuf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 69 played minutes, ASPTT LUNEL's Aziz Bocquel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patrick Leboeuf came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ASPTT LUNEL reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Vigen's zone, Kevan Desmoulins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Leboeuf came out of the goal and Kevan Desmoulins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Kevan Desmoulins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Leboeuf was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Vigen's zone, Kevan Desmoulins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Leboeuf came out of the goal and Kevan Desmoulins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee gave ASPTT LUNEL a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aziz Bocquel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vigen's Patrick Leboeuf. 4-1. In the 82nd minute, Guillaume Auneau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Leboeuf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevan Desmoulins in the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Vigen's goal looked a bit too open when Alphonse Cosse came free, but Patrick Leboeuf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Leboeuf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alphonse Cosse, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Patrick Leboeuf came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by ASPTT LUNEL's Alphonse Cosse. But to his dismay, Alphonse Cosse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. If Manuel Wittmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the ASPTT LUNEL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
