Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guy Grivel got the match started through his kick off. Evan Barrault hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Abdel Bono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourad Denos having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Tristan Bernardon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mourad Denos. Gabaron's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristan Bernardon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Guy Grivel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rachid Tavernier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Grivel in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristan Bernardon in the 26th minute of play forced Gabaron's goalkeeper Mourad Denos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rachid Tavernier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guy Grivel in the 28th minute of play. Rachid Tavernier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Grivel in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Guy Grivel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cf Ussop's Rachid Tavernier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Gabaron booed when Cf Ussop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Pierre Hay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Guy Grivel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gabaron's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guy Grivel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, Gabaron's Mourad Denos got control of the ball when Tristan Bernardon tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gabaron's Guy Grivel in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cf Ussop's goalie prevented a goal. Gilles Alary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Tavernier having to interfere. Gilles Alary received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rachid Tavernier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gilles Alary had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cf Ussop's Rachid Tavernier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Grivel in the 70th minute of play. Abdel Bono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Tristan Bernardon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mourad Denos, 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Gabaron's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Bernardon came free, but Mourad Denos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Cf Ussop's goal looked a bit too open when Guy Grivel came free, but Rachid Tavernier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilles Alary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Tavernier having to interfere.
