Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Harry Matheron started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Riku Vapaniemi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Matheron, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Harry Matheron charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Matheron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harry Matheron hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes, Florian Dardenne made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guénange's Victorien Marty tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Florian Dardenne got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of FC Luthzoo booed when Guénange was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brandon Verges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorien Marty stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florian Dardenne's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Florian Dardenne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorien Marty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Bixente Grain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Riku Vapaniemi. FC Luthzoo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bixente Grain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 32nd minute Bixente Grain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riku Vapaniemi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Bixente Grain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Riku Vapaniemi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Victorien Marty made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Florian Dardenne sent off a good shot on target. Florian Dardenne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorien Marty having to interfere. Emanuel Holm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Victorien Marty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Luthzoo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guénange were winning 1-2.

FC Luthzoo's Andre Roger got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Dardenne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Luthzoo's Riku Vapaniemi got control of the ball when Bixente Grain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guénange's Victorien Marty played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Dardenne in the 61st minute of play. Emanuel Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorien Marty having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Emanuel Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Luthzoo's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Holm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorien Marty breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Guénange getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hocine Etcheverry hit a great ball. Florian Dardenne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hocine Etcheverry during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Guénange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Etcheverry to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rdth minute of the game Florian Dardenne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guénange's Victorien Marty was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Dardenne in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorien Marty prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Holm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victorien Marty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, FC Luthzoo's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Matheron came free, but Riku Vapaniemi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FC Luthzoo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Guénange to win.
