Jimmy Kocher charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Kocher the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ballainvilliers's Jimmy Kocher got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Célestin Deplanque sped through Ballainvilliers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felix Auer. After 7 played minutes Joeuf got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed-Ali Louarn. Jimmy Le Dorze struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Eddy Marcillac didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballainvilliers. Felix Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Célestin Deplanque, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Merlin Robichon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Célestin Deplanque might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Auer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Célestin Deplanque ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the match, Joeuf's Célestin Deplanque sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Auer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Merlin Robichon struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Felix Auer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joeuf. Eddy Marcillac made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimmy Le Dorze in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute Merlin Robichon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Auer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimmy Kocher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eddy Marcillac tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Merlin Robichon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Auer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After the first half Joeuf were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Le Dorze stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Joeuf's Merlin Robichon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Auer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 minutes, Gaetan Savreux mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballainvilliers and the Joeuf players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gaetan Savreux kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Felix Auer was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mohamed-Ali Louarn. After 68 minutes of play, Joeuf's Célestin Deplanque made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felix Auer was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jimmy Le Dorze came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Ballainvilliers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmy Le Dorze couldn't finish the play. Jean-Michel Rival's late challenge caught a Ballainvilliers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Michel Rival helped the player get up and apologised. Jean-Michel Rival kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Felix Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Merlin Robichon in the 77th minute of the match. Célestin Deplanque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ballainvilliers getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gaetan Savreux hit a great ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Célestin Deplanque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joeuf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Célestin Deplanque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Merlin Robichon in the 93rd minute of play forced Ballainvilliers's goalkeeper Felix Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ballainvilliers's Jimmy Kocher got a free kick in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Joeuf walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
