Felix Velay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Fréchet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurice Fréchet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Velay having to interfere. The supporters of Evry booed when Chavannex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominique Thuillier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rayan Dauchy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felix Velay. Chavannex's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cedric Le Boulch in the 17th minute of play forced Evry's goalkeeper Gaël Sabatier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Maurice Fréchet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Velay. Chavannex's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurice Fréchet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gaël Sabatier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cedric Le Boulch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Velay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspard Itier in the 32nd minute of play. When Cedric Le Boulch came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Chavannex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cedric Le Boulch couldn't finish the play. Joe Chauvat hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Felix Velay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurice Fréchet in the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Chavannex booed when Evry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amine Graziani didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cedric Le Boulch to make the kick off. A collision led to Chavannex getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Dominique Thuillier hit a great ball. Victorien Rolin kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Evry were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Chavannex's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victorien Martins took the corner. With his leg Felix Velay managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Evry's Maurice Fréchet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victorien Rolin kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Victorien Rolin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Omer Lafosse came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Chavannex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omer Lafosse couldn't finish the play. After 83 minutes, Maurice Fréchet made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chavannex's Felix Velay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Evry's Maurice Fréchet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Velay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Velay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspard Itier in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute Gaspard Itier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Velay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 100 played minutes Chavannex got a freekick which was hit by Victorien Rolin. The long shot by Victorien Martins in the 101st minute really tested Felix Velay's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 102 minutes, Cedric Le Boulch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chavannex's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cedric Le Boulch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Evry players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
