Evry's Gaël Sabatier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Gibelin in the 9th minute of play. Joe Chauvat kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Solitude's goal looked a bit too open when Maurice Fréchet came free, but Donatien Passet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes, Maurice Fréchet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Evry and the Solitude players grew even worse after the yellow card. Donatien Passet was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Victorien Martins. Donatien Passet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurice Fréchet in the 74th minute. Tim Gibelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 80 minutes, Jean-Christophe Amar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solitude's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Christophe Amar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tim Gibelin came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Solitude fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Gibelin couldn't finish the play. A very good opportunity. A collision led to Solitude getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Tim Pohu hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Evry eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
