Maxime Tresor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc-Olivier Ferret having to interfere. If Augustin Bussiere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Fauconnet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Faustin Delhommeau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chien's Kilian Gendron got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marc-Olivier Ferret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maxime Tresor in the 18th minute. Carl Métivier charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carl Métivier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Faustin Delhommeau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Fauconnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Maxime Tresor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc-Olivier Ferret stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramzi Cadoux's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Marc-Olivier Ferret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramzi Cadoux in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Fauconnet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. John-Paul Hure hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Kevin Arnoult, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marc-Olivier Ferret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramzi Cadoux in the 57th minute of the match. Barnabé Prades hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Thomas Fauconnet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustin Delhommeau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnabé Pradess short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Faustin Delhommeau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 81 played minutes Chien got a freekick which was hit by Kevan Amsellem. After a rather tough play, Chien's Sofiane Gardet got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Chien's Ramzi Cadoux in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peyrade's goalie prevented a goal.
