Youssef Petitdemange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florent Boisse in the 9th minute of play. Sylvain Guilloux hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marsinge's zone, Rene Keller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Youssef Petitdemange came out of the goal and Rene Keller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Youssef Petitdemange didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florent Boisse went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jonathan Rapin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bakary Deshaies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rene Keller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Marsinge's zone, Rene Keller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Youssef Petitdemange came out of the goal and Rene Keller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Keller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Youssef Petitdemange having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Didier Lemaréchal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Robertsau's goal looked a bit too open when Bakary Deshaies came free, but Jonathan Rapin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bakary Deshaies to make the kick off.
