Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Quintal's Joris Capdeville started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Alain Cado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Quintal booed when Verrière was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Gallou didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Verrière getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Romeo Ropers hit a great ball. John Durin scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robin Lartigau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Verrière's zone, Joris Capdeville stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Lartigau came out of the goal and Joris Capdeville tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Verrière's Romeo Ropers got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Alain Cado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrice Blais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrice Blais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Cado, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Romeo Ropers sped through Quintal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabrice Blais. After a defensive mix-up in Quintal's zone, Romeo Ropers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrice Blais came out of the goal and Romeo Ropers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alain Cado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabrice Blais having to make a save. Romeo Ropers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Fabrice Blais made a huge save. Romeo Ropers came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fabrice Blais could save by the left post. In the 60th match minute, Quintal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Grun to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Alix Rech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Ropers's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Fabrice Blais skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joris Capdeville recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Alain Cado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrice Blais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Romeo Ropers got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 76th match minute, Quintal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxime Robelin to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Ropers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fabrice Blais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If John Durin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrice Blais made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Romeo Ropers sent off a good shot on target. Berenger Hache, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Ropers got free with Fabrice Blais in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeo Ropers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alain Cado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Ropers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabrice Blais having to make a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
