Charles-Emmanuel Hochet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Baptiste in the 24th minute of play. If Greg Fabien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. Epagny's supporters rose to their feet, but Lionel Legeard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Steven Baptiste made a kick off. Corentin Kuentz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Steven Baptiste came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Epagny fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Baptiste couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Epagny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Jallet to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Petiteau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neuvecelle. Charles-Emmanuel Hochet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Baptiste, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The audience was convinced that Greg Fabien's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Petiteau was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Axel Merot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
