In the 3rd match minute, Beuvrages was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Gallot to maneuver through the defense. Beuvrages's Abdel Jousselin got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Paulo Cottret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Beuvrages's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mathis Judith fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tanguy Ayad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pierre Évain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tanguy Ayad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Jousselin in the 34th minute of the match. Mathis Judith blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mourad Vandaele having to make a save. In the 40thth minute of the game Jean-Pierre Évain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bagneux's Tanguy Ayad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Beuvrages defense, Jarod Mathelin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mourad Vandaele. The Beuvrages fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mourad Vandaele should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Jean-Pierre Évain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanguy Ayad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Bagneux's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pierre Évain came free, but Tanguy Ayad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 49 minutes Bagneux's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Harry Gallot who took care of the corner kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean-Pierre Évain made a kick off. The supporters of Bagneux booed when Beuvrages was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Gallot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Beuvrages's Jean-Pierre Évain dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Abdel Jousselin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abdel Jousselin came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Beuvrages fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdel Jousselin couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Bodereau kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Joaquim Raballand struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mourad Vandaele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagneux. 84 minutes into the match, Bagneux's goalkeeper Tanguy Ayad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdel Jousselin. Abdel Jousselin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tanguy Ayad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Jarod Mathelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Vandaele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute of the game, Charles Escudero landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grégory Sauger during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bagneux booed when Beuvrages was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grégory Sauger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Jarod Mathelin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mourad Vandaele. Beuvrages's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jarod Mathelin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
