Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Joaquim Lobjois came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Pinval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Lobjois couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute Bixente Tourret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Garnero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rouvignies's Brandon Ravenel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Rouvignies from getting a goal against them. Alain Dupret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Garnero having to interfere. Renaud Etourneau scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brandon Ravenel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brandon Ravenel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renaud Etourneau, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With a little luck, Rouvignies's Brandon Ravenel got control of the ball when Joaquim Lobjois tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Rouvignies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Verhille to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute Renaud Etourneau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brandon Ravenel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Joaquim Lobjois got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquim Lobjois sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pinval's Joris Delecourt got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alain Dupret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joris Delecourt kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Joel Garnero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bixente Tourret in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renaud Etourneau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Florentin Val managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rouvignies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentin Val was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Dupret in the 56th minute of play forced Pinval's goalkeeper Joel Garnero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bixente Tourret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Garnero having to interfere. Joaquim Lobjois blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brandon Ravenel having to make a save. After some careless play in the Rouvignies defense, Renaud Etourneau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brandon Ravenel. The Rouvignies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brandon Ravenel should have stopped the shot. Joaquim Lobjois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brandon Ravenel having to interfere. In the 91st minute Renaud Etourneau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brandon Ravenel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pinval getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Joris Delecourt hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pinval fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rouvignies had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
