Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fernand Genet started the match with the kick off. Grignon's David Roland got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernand Genet was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. Grignon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Julien Savignac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Steve Bracq tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julien Savignac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerald Coumes during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Gerald Coumes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steve Bracq came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Kerivot's Gerald Coumes. But to his dismay, Gerald Coumes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Grignon's Salim Cossin got a free kick in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Grignon's zone, Tony Massardier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steve Bracq came out of the goal and Tony Massardier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Grignon getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Fernand Genet hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Julien Savignac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Bracq saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Roland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Laurent Baudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Massardier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Jimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Julien Savignac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Roland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Laurent Baudy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grignon's Steve Bracq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Savignac in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tony Massardier to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Grignon's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Massardier came free, but Steve Bracq reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julien Savignac scored 0-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steve Bracq, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Julien Savignac reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Steve Bracq. The goal made the score 0-3. Julien Savignac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Bracq having to interfere. If Gerald Coumes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Grignon got a freekick which was hit by Salim Cossin. A collision led to Grignon getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Salim Cossin hit a great ball. When %teams%'s Tony Massardier was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-4 just inside the left pole, 68 minutes into the game. Steve Bracq was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Kerivot's goal looked a bit too open when David Roland came free, but Laurent Baudy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steve Bracq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Massardier in the 76th minute of play. Steve Bracq made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julien Savignac in the 77th minute. In the 83rd minute, Fernand Genet made a precise shot to the right of Laurent Baudy. Kerivot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. A collision led to Grignon getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bruce Jude hit a great ball. Paulo Fablet kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Steve Bracq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Massardier in the 93rd minute of the match. When Fernand Genet came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Grignon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernand Genet couldn't finish the play.
