Sacha Nagel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achille Baumard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Yves Planchon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Barberis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If David Hary had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Beigneux got a freekick which was hit by Raoul Vatin. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Firmin Tixier during the 29th minute. Firmin Tixier was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Cysoing's Firmin Tixier got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute of the match Thibault Descombes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sacha Nagel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Allan Quentel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dove Pheulpin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sacha Nagel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Quentel in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Beigneux's Dove Pheulpin got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Quentel in the 56th minute of play forced Cysoing's goalkeeper Sacha Nagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dove Pheulpin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Sacha Nagel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Pontier kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Beigneux's Raoul Vatin got a free kick in the 67th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samir Barberis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cysoing's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcel Chantepie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samir Barberis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Cysoing fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Cysoing's David Hary looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Allan Quentel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Sacha Nagel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 93 in the game by Dove Pheulpin from a close distance when the talented Sacha Nagel managed to make a qualified save. Cysoing's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Allan Quentel took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Sacha Nagel to make any attempt to save it. Beigneux's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
