Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Niévroz's Jonathan Schlegel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Djamel Hachet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hamid Moyne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cénac's Gaétan Alexis got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John-David Chaumet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John-David Chaumet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adam Lacaze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Jonathan Schlegel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Lacaze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Albrecht charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Albrecht the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cénac getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Nicolas Albrecht hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Niévroz's John-Paul Pille got a free kick in the 31st minute. 38 minutes into the match, Cénac's Djamel Hachet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamid Moyne narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Niévroz getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ronald Juillard hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Djamel Hachet to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Cénac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georges Charre to maneuver through the defense. When Niévroz's Jonathan Schlegel in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cénac's goalie prevented a goal. Gaétan Alexis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Moyne having to interfere. Adam Lacaze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Schlegel went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Niévroz getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Désiré Piras hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Djamel Hachet notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Niévroz's Hamid Moyne. Hamid Moyne was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Schlegel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When John-David Chaumet came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Niévroz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John-David Chaumet couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Schlegel in the 76th minute of play forced Cénac's goalkeeper Adam Lacaze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John-David Chaumet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Djamel Hachet got in the 84th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Hamid Moyne handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Gaétan Alexis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Moyne having to interfere. Timothé Joffroy hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cénac's zone, Jonathan Schlegel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Lacaze came out of the goal and Jonathan Schlegel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When John-Paul Pille came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Niévroz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John-Paul Pille couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Niévroz booed when Cénac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Herrou didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
