Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ulysse Defosse got the match started through his kick off. Raoul Moyse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jimmy Herzog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ulysse Defosse came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Garavan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulysse Defosse couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, Garavan's Damien Briend sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celestin Laruelle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Damien Briend managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garavan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damien Briend was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Damien Briend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Donald Gourbeyre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Garavan's Jordan Pellegrino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ulysse Defosse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Celestin Laruelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celestin Laruelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysse Defosse, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Raoul Moyse was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Monchenain's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 37 minutes into the game, Gael Bonne recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jimmy Herzog. Gael Bonne showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raoul Moyse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raoul Moyse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gael Bonne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jimmy Herzog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raoul Moyse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Herzog having to interfere. Jimmy Herzog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gael Bonne in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, Garavan's Ulysse Defosse ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celestin Laruelle. Celestin Laruelle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Jimmy Herzog stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gael Bonne's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. The audience was convinced that Gael Bonne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimmy Herzog was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Monchenain's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysse Defosse came free, but Celestin Laruelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Briens's late challenge caught a Garavan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher Briens helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes Monchenain got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Briens. Damien Briend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimmy Herzog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raoul Moyse, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Gael Bonne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Herzog having to interfere. Basile Jobert took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jimmy Herzog. Garavan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gildas Saux charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gildas Saux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Garavan getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gildas Saux hit a great ball. Terry Jean-Baptiste kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Jimmy Herzog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gael Bonne in the 92nd minute of play. If Romaric Privat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jimmy Herzog stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gael Bonne's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Garavan players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Monchenain from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
