Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mathias Audouy started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Horaie's Cédric Pellegrino got a free kick in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Bacary Jeanne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horaie's supporters rose to their feet, but Bacary Jeanne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregoire Le Louarn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Horaie's Eugène Blot got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Jore got free with René Saint-André in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bob Delannay charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bob Delannay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Clouange getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Bob Delannay hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Eugène Blot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugène Blot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bacary Jeanne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Audouy was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Clouange's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bacary Jeanne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregoire Le Louarn having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bacary Jeanne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Clouange's Bob Delannay got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Horaie booed when Clouange was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clement Sabathier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner ended in Youri Therin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Clouange's Gregoire Le Louarn did a great save. Eugène Blot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregoire Le Louarn having to make a save. Gregoire Le Louarn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bacary Jeanne in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Bacary Jeanne fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. René Saint-André showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Jore, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Eugène Blot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregoire Le Louarn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eugène Blot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregoire Le Louarn having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Bacary Jeanne fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gregoire Le Louarn, passed just outside the right post. Gregoire Le Louarn didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Horaie's Eugène Blot shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Mathias Audouy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Jore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but René Saint-André read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Jean-Charles Cuny kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When Paulo Jore, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The René Saint-André was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Horaie walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
