Billy Le Fevre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dylan Bouchart's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Turbie's zone, Armand Ryckewaert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Verbeke came out of the goal and Armand Ryckewaert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Vrière booed when Turbie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprien Coron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luc Claire's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Martin Verbeke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Billy Le Fevre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dylan Bouchart went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Titouan Chapon in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Le Fevre saved Vrière from getting behind. Titouan Chapon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luc Claire struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Martin Verbeke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vrière. 32 minutes into the match, Turbie's goal looked a bit too open when Armand Ryckewaert came free, but Martin Verbeke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dylan Bouchart came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Turbie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dylan Bouchart couldn't finish the play. After having played for 37 minutes, Dylan Bouchart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turbie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dylan Bouchart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Titouan Chapon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Dylan Bouchart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Billy Le Fevre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Titouan Chapon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dylan Bouchart was the one to do the kick off. Turbie were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Vrière's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emmanuel Maugendre took the corner. Martin Verbeke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dilan Mège in the 56th minute of the match. Luc Claire kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 68 minutes in the game, Dylan Bouchart fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Billy Le Fevre having to interfere. If Armand Ryckewaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turbie's Martin Verbeke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luc Claire in the 75th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Armand Ryckewaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Davy Roudet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turbie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vrière the free kick. In the 95th minute, Davy Roudet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Turbie supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Turbie would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
