Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Augustin Souchon took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes, Jordy Finet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brindas and the Mans players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Brindas getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jordy Finet hit a great ball. Noé Lemeunier, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Daryl Cotten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustin Souchon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teddy Anton having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Augustin Souchon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teddy Anton was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Mans's Marc-Aurèle Lorent got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daryl Cotten in the 15th minute of play forced Mans's goalkeeper Teddy Anton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Brindas's Daryl Cotten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teddy Anton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute Daryl Cotten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teddy Anton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mans's Marc-Aurèle Lorent got a free kick in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Ewan Cardoso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez, 1-0. Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Mans's Barnabé Pluchon. But to his dismay, Barnabé Pluchon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Daryl Cotten struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Teddy Anton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brindas. 33 minutes into the match, Mans's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Souchon came free, but Teddy Anton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brindas's Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Brindas from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Barnabé Pluchon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Daryl Cotten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 47 minutes on the clock, Bakary Lombard commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 47th minute, one of Mans:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mans. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barnabé Pluchon to strike the kick off in the second half. When Firmin Gautheron fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brindas's protests and gave Firmin Gautheron a yellow card for diving instead. Firmin Gautheron kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Marc-Aurèle Lorent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 66thth minute of the game Barnabé Pluchon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brindas's Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barnabé Pluchon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Brindas's goal looked a bit too open when Barnabé Pluchon came free, but Pierre-Emmanuel Pottiez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teddy Anton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augustin Souchon's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Souchon in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teddy Anton saved Mans from getting behind. In the 86th minute, Augustin Souchon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teddy Anton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Souchon in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Firmin Gautheron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teddy Anton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mans had won after a very even match.
