Jacques Edel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pierrick Vatin. Barre's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Junior Massardier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 minutes, Sam Perdrix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bois Impérial and the Barre players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sam Perdrix hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Junior Massardier scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Hervieu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Barre's Pierrick Vatin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Barre from getting a goal against them. Bois Impérial's Nelson Hervieu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antony Dubouchet in the 26th minute of play. When Sam Perdrix came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Bois Impérial fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sam Perdrix couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Arthur Mangeot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bois Impérial's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Mangeot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierrick Vatin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antony Dubouchet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nelson Hervieu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Hervieu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Massardier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Mangeot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some careless play in the Barre defense, Sam Perdrix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pierrick Vatin. The Barre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pierrick Vatin should have stopped the shot. Arthur Mangeot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pierrick Vatin having to make a save. Pierrick Vatin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sam Perdrix went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Sam Perdrix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Boutier charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Boutier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bois Impérial's David Boutier got a free kick in the 66th minute. Antony Dubouchet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Bois Impérial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Le Mouel to maneuver through the defense. Alexis Lacoste didn't quite understand what happened when in the 71 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Junior Massardier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Barre's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 84 minutes into the game, Jean-Pierre Riera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bois Impérial the free kick. After 84 played minutes Barre got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Pierre Riera. Pierrick Vatin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Perdrix in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Sam Perdrix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierrick Vatin. Barre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Perdrix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Pierrick Vatin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Mangeot, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Junior Massardier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nelson Hervieu. That made the score 3-3 in the 98 minute of play. The Barre players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bois Impérial from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
