Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stanislas Boulange started the match with the kick off. When Braillans's Moise Chazot in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panazol's goalie prevented a goal. If Moise Chazot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Stanislas Boulange put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hector Garrigues. When Stanislas Boulange came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Panazol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislas Boulange couldn't finish the play. After having played for 25 minutes, Moise Chazot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braillans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moise Chazot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Braillans booed when Panazol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valérien Rancon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darren Urbaniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Meslin in the 42nd minute of play forced Braillans's goalkeeper Hector Garrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martial Peillon's late challenge caught a Panazol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martial Peillon helped the player get up and apologised. 46 minutes into the match, Braillans's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislas Boulange came free, but Hector Garrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moise Chazot to make the kick off. Hector Garrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislas Boulange in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Billy Meslin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Braillans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timothe Pouilly to maneuver through the defense. Hector Garrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislas Boulange, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Darren Urbaniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Solignac having to interfere. Darren Urbaniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
