Montpellier's Thomas Galland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rayanne Orhan in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Rayanne Orhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beaurecueil's supporters rose to their feet, but Rayanne Orhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Galland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Galland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aymerick Coudert in the 8th minute of the match. When Alix Rieux came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Beaurecueil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alix Rieux couldn't finish the play. Alix Rieux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rayanne Orhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Galland having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gael Champin during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Gael Champin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rayanne Orhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Thomas Galland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilles Gravier really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Montpellier's goal looked a bit too open when Rayanne Orhan came free, but Thomas Galland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gael Champin kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Gilles Gravier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montpellier's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilles Gravier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomas Galland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alix Rieux went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gilles Gravier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jean Mille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Galland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alix Rieux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rayanne Orhan made a kick off. When Beaurecueil's Rayanne Orhan, in the 73rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Beaurecueil. Thomas Galland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rayanne Orhan in the 82nd minute of the match. Gael Champin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Thomas Galland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rayanne Orhan's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. The nice shot from Alix Rieux in the 88thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Thomas Galland had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. If Francois-Xavier Alavoine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francois-Xavier Alavoine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
