Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Christian Sabourin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc-Aurèle Faes in the 10th minute of play. Christian Sabourin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marc-Aurèle Faes's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Marc-Aurèle Faes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Sabourin having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Djamel Tassart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djamel Tassart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marc-Aurèle Faes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Sabourin having to make a save. Yohann Hunault hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mions getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Renan Antoine hit a great ball. Bruno Privat missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 30 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Christian Sabourin right hand side. Christian Sabourin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwann Pouille, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Bréauté:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mions:s goal. The goalkeeper, Alexis Reine, was totally fooled by Mions's Renan Antoine, who 36 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marc-Aurèle Faes in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Sabourin saved Mions from getting behind. Marc-Aurèle Faes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erwann Pouille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Sabourin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Caradec in the 47th minute of play forced Mions's goalkeeper Christian Sabourin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marc-Aurèle Faes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mions's Djamel Tassart in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bréauté's goalie prevented a goal. Christian Sabourin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erwann Pouille in the 61st minute. Erwann Pouille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Sabourin having to interfere. Dimitri Perdrix kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Raymond Allais cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alexis Reine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mions's Christian Sabourin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Mions from getting a goal against them. Erwann Pouille who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Christian Sabourin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Erwann Pouille had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erwann Pouille recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Sabourin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc-Aurèle Faes in the 92nd minute of the match. Bréauté's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mions had won, even though Bréauté had held more of the ball.
