Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tony Roignant took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Chevalon's Francis Serres got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Gorra's Gérard Philippart couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chevalon. In the 6th minute Désiré Turbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Debove saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Paulo Vives got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Georges Ronsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gorra's supporters rose to their feet, but Georges Ronsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymond Debove breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Martial Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Désiré Turbe in the 27th minute of play forced Chevalon's goalkeeper Raymond Debove to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Roignant in the 30th minute of play forced Gorra's goalkeeper Désiré Deniau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Désiré Deniau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Roignant in the 36th minute of the match. Raymond Debove came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Gorra's Désiré Turbe. But to his dismay, Désiré Turbe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Georges Ronsin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chevalon's Raymond Debove played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Désiré Turbe in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The wind increased when Désiré Turbe made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 58 in the game by Georges Ronsin from a close distance when the talented Raymond Debove managed to make a qualified save. Chevalon's players were relieved. Tony Roignant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chevalon's goalkeeper Raymond Debove, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Gorra's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Vives came free, but Désiré Deniau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Désiré Deniau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Roignant in the 67th minute of play. Tony Roignant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chevalon's Fabian Balme got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 76 played minutes Chevalon got a freekick which was hit by Martial Blanco. Gorra's Georges Ronsin got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Désiré Turbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Paulo Vives had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony Roignant struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Désiré Deniau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chevalon. Georges Ronsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Raymond Debove tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Macon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raymond Debove. That made the score 1-3 in the 94 minute of play. The Chevalon supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gorra's performance. The match ended with a win for Gorra.
